These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) set out the conditions for using the services (the “Service”) that FaithNetwork Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) provides on this website. Users of the Service (“Users”) are asked to use it in accordance with these Terms.

Article 1 (Application)
These Terms shall apply to all relationships between the User and Faith Network Co., Ltd. (hereinafter”our company”) relating to the use of the inquiry form concerning the leasing of properties listed on this site operated by the Company.
2. Following the submission of this form, all subsequent communications relating to property information, viewing arrangements, tenancy applications, and other matters in connection with the execution of a lease agreement shall be handled by Faith Network Co., Ltd. or E-Housing Co., Ltd
Article 2 (Prohibited Conduct)
In using this Service, the User shall not engage in any of the following acts:
o Acts that violate any applicable laws and regulations or public order and morals
o Acts related to criminal activity
o Acts that destroy or interfere with the functions of our servers or network
o Acts that may interfere with the operation of the Service
o Acts of collecting or storing personal information, etc. concerning other Users
o Acts of impersonating other Users
o Acts of providing benefits, directly or indirectly, to anti-social forces in connection with the Service
o Any other acts that we deems inappropriate
Article 3 (Suspension of Service provision)
We may suspend or discontinue provision of all or part of the Service without prior notice to Users if we determines that any of the following circumstances applies:
o When performing maintenance, inspection, or updating of the computer systems related to the Service
o When provision of the Service becomes difficult due to force majeure such as an earthquake, lightning strike, fire, power outage, or other natural disaster
o When computers or communication lines, etc. is stopped due to an accident
o When we otherwise determines that it is difficult to provide the Service.
We shall bear no responsibility whatsoever, regardless of the reason, for any disadvantage or damage suffered by a User or a third party as a result of the suspension or discontinuation of the provision of the Service.
Article 4 (Restriction of Use and Deregistration)
We may, without prior notice, restrict the User's use of all or part of the Service or delete a User's registration in any of the following cases:
o When the User has violated any provision of these Terms
o When it becomes apparent that there is a false statement in the registration details
o When we otherwise determines that use of the Service is inappropriate
We shall bear no responsibility whatsoever for any damage incurred by a User as a result of any action taken by us under this Article.
Article 5 (Disclaimer)
We shall be exempted from liability for non-performance of our obligations unless such non-performance is due to our willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Even where we bears liability for any reason, it shall only be liable for damages within the scope of those that would ordinarily arise.
We shall bear no responsibility whatsoever for any transactions, communications, disputes, or other matters arising between a User and another User or a third party in connection with the Service.
Article 6 (Changes to the Service.)
We may change the content of the Service or discontinue the provision of the Service without notifying Users, and shall bear no responsibility whatsoever for any damage thereby caused to Users.
Article 7 (Amendment of the Terms of Use)
The Company may amend these Terms at any time without notifying Users, whenever it deems it necessary to do so.
Article 8 (Notice and Communication)
Any Notices or communications between the User and us regarding the Service shall be made by the method specified by us.
2. The User confirms that, when making an inquiry through this form, the User will receive communications from FaithNetwork Co., Ltd. or E-Housing Co., Ltd. relating to property information, viewing arrangements, tenancy applications, and other matters in connection with the execution of a lease agreement, sent to the email address, telephone number, or other contact information entered by the User.
Article 9 (Prohibition on Assignment of Rights and Obligations)
The User may not assign, transfer or pledge as collateral its status under the Terms of Use or any rights or obligations arising under these Terms to a third party without the Company's prior written consent.
Article 10 (Prohibition of Relationships with Anti-Social Forces)
We and the User each represent that they do not currently fall under any of the following categories: organized crime groups (bōryokudan), members of an organized crime groups, persons who ceased to be members of organized crime groups less than five years ago, associate members of organized crime groups, companies affiliated with organized crime groups, corporate racketeers (sōkaiya), groups advocating social or political causes for illicit purposes, organized crime groups with special intelligence capabilities, or any persons equivalent thereto (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Organized Crime Group Members, "), and that they do not fall under any of the following items, and each party pledges that it shall not fall under any of the foregoing in the future either:
o Having a relationship in which Organized Crime Group Members, are recognized as controlling management
o Having a relationship in which Organized Crime Group Members, are recognized as being substantially involved in management
o Having a relationship in which Organized Crime Group Members are recognized as improperly utilizing Organized Crime Group Members, such as for the purpose of obtaining unlawful profit for itself, its own company, or a third party, or for the purpose of causing damage to a third party
o Having a relationship in which the party is recognized as being involved in providing funds or other benefits, or extending convenience, to Organized Crime Group Members.
o Having a relationship in which officers or persons substantially involved in management has a socially condemnable relationship with Organized Crime Group Members.
We and the User each pledge that they shall not, either by themselves or by using a third party, engage in any of the following acts:
o Making violent demands
o Making Unreasonable demands exceeding legal responsibility
o Making threatening statements or using violence in connection with a transactions
o Spreading rumors, using fraudulent means, or using force to damage the reputation of the other party or to interfere with the other party's business
o Any other act equivalent to the preceding items
Article 11 (Handling of Personal Information)
We shall handle Personal Information obtained from Users in connection with the Service in accordance with the Privacy Policy separately established by us.
2. Information contained in the name, email address, telephone number, desired property, desired date and time, message, and other inquiry details entered by the User in this form shall also be transmitted to E-Housing Co., Ltd.at the time the form is submitted.
3. E-Housing Co., Ltd shall obtain the information referred to in the preceding paragraph directly from the User and use it for property information, viewing arrangements, tenancy applications, and responses to inquiries relating to the execution of a lease agreement following submission of this form.
4. The handling of personal information by E-Housing Co., Ltd shall be governed by its Privacy Policy and other personal information protection policies established by E-Housing Co., Ltd.
5. The User confirms that, in making an inquiry using this form, both we and E-Housing Co., Ltd shall obtain and use the User's personal information within the scope of their respective purposes of use.
Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
The interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. In the event of any dispute arising in connection with the Service, the court having jurisdiction over our principal office shall have exclusive agreed jurisdiction.
